Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we make this website available. Last updated 26 July 2026.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of alsalmya.ae, operated by Al Salmya, Level 41, Emirates Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them.

Information is general, not advice

Important. The content on this website — including pages on Corporate Tax, VAT, e-invoicing, company formation and visas — is general information about UAE rules as we understand them at the time of writing. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Do not act, or refrain from acting, solely on the basis of anything published here. Speak to us, or to another suitably qualified adviser, about your specific situation first.

Rules change

UAE tax and licensing rules change, sometimes with limited notice, and published thresholds, deadlines and fees are revised from time to time. While we take care to keep this site accurate and to cite official positions, we cannot guarantee that every figure remains current at the moment you read it. Where a decision turns on a specific figure or date, we confirm it against the relevant authority before advising you.

Cost estimates and the calculator

Any costs, ranges or estimates shown on this site — including the setup cost calculator — are indicative market figures for comparison purposes only. They are not quotations, they do not include our professional fees unless expressly stated, and they do not bind us or any authority. Formal quotations are issued in writing after we understand your requirements.

Regulated services

Certain activities in the UAE are reserved for licensed or registered persons — including statutory audit, and representation of taxpayers before the Federal Tax Authority, which is reserved for registered Tax Agents. Where your matter requires such a service, we will tell you and, where appropriate, work alongside an appropriately licensed firm. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to hold a registration or licence we do not hold.

No client relationship from browsing

Using this website or submitting an enquiry does not create a professional engagement between us. An engagement begins only when scope and terms are agreed in writing.

Third-party links

We may link to government portals and other third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and design of this site belong to Al Salmya unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or republished commercially without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai.
